This policy explains what the R2H Product Studio website collects and how the pre-launch waitlist is used. It requires legal review before public launch.
When you join, we store your email address, the R2H applications you selected, and registration timestamps. We use this information only to notify you about those selected applications when they are ready. We do not send a confirmation email, subscribe you to a general newsletter, or send unrelated marketing messages.
If you arrive with campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, or utm_content, we may store those values with the relevant application interest so R2H can measure aggregate pre-launch demand. A first-party tab session may temporarily preserve these values while you browse. We do not add advertising trackers for the waitlist.
The registration service uses a hidden spam trap, request-size limits, and a short-lived HMAC of the hosting-provided IP address for rate limiting. The rate-limit record expires within 24 hours. Cloudflare may process operational and security data under its hosting terms.
Waitlist records are stored in the site's Cloudflare D1 database. Only authorized R2H administrators can export them through the protected export endpoint. Records are retained for the pre-launch notification purpose and are not sold or shared for advertising. The waitlist does not send email during registration.
The published waitlist form currently has no self-service unsubscribe or preference editor. Use the Contact page to ask R2H about a waitlist record; the Contact page displays whether its message delivery channel is configured.
